Busy Busy Busy

Lots has been going on. So much that it is nearly impossible to to document all that is happening:) I have been running around like a mad women and have forgotten all the opportune times to take pictures. I did my first boutique. (not one picture of my display) :( I had many people remind me to get a shot before I took it down but I just lost my head I guess.

I have had many fun, exciting days this past week and also long, stressful ones. I have been wanting to set up my Christmas tree and deco ever since my mother in law was starting to dress her house up at the beginning of November. I have yet to do so. My dear friend from Alabama has been in town and we have had many adventures together!! Staying up late watching My Sister's Keeper, making the most excellent dinner (from a box) taking the boys to the park and to discovery gateway, lunches, weddings, the works!! Ben has been busy finishing up his final semester for the Criminal Justice Masters program!! YAY almost done. Even though he has a packed schedule we have managed to squeeze in some birthday fun. Jump On It was a blast and the Purple Turtle (restaurant) was a classic burger joint with rockin sweet potato fries:) Oh yes it was Benjamin's birthday and he turned 29!!! He is just going to love me because until we hit our 70's I will continue to tell our age:) I'll always feel young next to Ben. 5 years younger:) I'm a baby still:) Love you sweetie!!

All in all I'm on to the next big thing. Katie and I are throwing our first in-home boutique together!!:) I will post an invite next time but it will be on Dec. 4 &5 !!!! We are so excited and can't wait to tell you what's to come:) Stay tune for a preview of The Love Bug Boutique!

Pierce is a cereal guy like his Daddy!!

Pierce has been such a trooper with his mommy being so busy. He has been teething like crazy. A grump most of the time but when he's sweet, HE IS SWEET!! This morning fixing breakfast Daddy tried to give him all sorts of food but Pierce wasn't havin' any of it. We thought soft foods he would enjoy better on his little gums. After all the fussin' I threw down a bowl of dry cereal. He stop crying so I left him on the kitchen floor to himself. I was doing the dishes and glanced over at him, he had tipped his bottle upside down so that is his milk was dripping into his bowl of dry cereal. :) Poor kid mommy didn't give him milk and bottle just wasn't dripping fast enough!!!:)

Monthly Review:)

Playing catch up as usual:) There has just been so much going on, I just haven't been able to have a thought to myself. I'm not complaining. Being busy is what I love best. I love all the commotion and running around. It makes me feel alive and in the world. Though it is very nice to sit down at the end of the day and find my center again.

Buddies Til The End!!

Cute beaus in the woods!!! Faithful hunters looking for a buck:) No luck yet but there is always a story to tell when they return!!

This is a buck they caught on Brady's camera. Apparently the velvet antlers are a popular catch.

Much Needed Update.....

State Fair with the Fairbanks
I tried this bongie thing (I don't know the name of it) where you can jump up real high and do flips. It was pretty fun, more scary than I thought:) haha Ben taped Brady and I jumping.... after later reviewing it, Brady looked like a pro doing multiple flips forward and backward. I on the other hand looked awkward and uncoordinated my body flinging every which way:) I had fun and that's what matters:)

Carousel always popular with the little ones! Every time Aspen came around she would give a big cheese smile!
Pierce loves animals and is really quite good with them. I'm always surprised the ones he's afraid of. If the animal runs after him, he thinks they are playing and giggles as they tackle him. When an animal is at a stand still and doesn't acknowledge that Pierce is around, he get nervous and refuses to even come close. Silly Boy:)
Aspen looks like she is enjoying herself! Wish I could say the same for Pierce.
Pierce's new tool set from Aunt Carly. (Made for 3 years and up)

Barn Party
He kicked and screamed when I pulled him off and told him the other kids needed a turn. He could play all day on anything that has a steering wheel.
Testing out the new beanie for the winter
Grandma and her most prized possessions!
(Missing Sophie Girl)
Aunt Ali loves her little Pie Man

That innocent face, you would think he had never gotten into trouble

Little Monkey's Party!

It was so fun to watch Pierce discover the echo of his voice speaking into the balloons
Pierce was so excited all eyes were on him
He walked around with these balloons for nearly an hour. He loved them:)
A special thanks to everyone who came! You really made it a memorable day!
My first shot at a fondant cake. It looked good but I made the mistake of not flavoring the fondant frosting:) Live and Learn!

All his little cousins came to share the fun
It's not a birthday party without a pinata
Here was the table with all the food on it. There was this huge branch hanging on a power line right over it. We didn't notice until after all the food was set up and ready to go. Everyone was just waiting for it to fall. haha Eat at your own risk:)
